• After booking the ticket on site, one can receive the wrist band after checking the ticket reservation details and identification on site.

아니오, DLDK 티켓에는 놀이기구 탑승권이 포함되어 있지 않습니다.

놀이기구 탑승을 원할 시 서울랜드 티켓을 구매 후 영수증을 지니고 계셔야 하며, 영수증 훼손 시 재발급은 불가합니다.

Q1. I booked a ticket by my family/friends ID, what should I do?

1) Reserved ID/PW 2) Copy of Reservationist’s identification card 3) Visitor’s identification card

If reservationist and visitor is different, logging in reservation site with reserved ID/PW and check the mobile ticket, reservationist’s ID card, visitor’s ID card will be required at entry.

Q2. How can I check my mobile ticket?

It will be issued on 20:00, the day before the event at each reservation site application. (Wemakeprice/Interpark/naver/fever) You must bring the mobile ticket of reservationist’s ID to get admission wristband. Captured mobile ticket image or copy of mobile ticket cannot be allowed.

*Illegal transaction, gifting, re-sale, and production of fake ticket/admission wristband is strictly forbidden. If anyone participated in it and be caught, should leave without exception.

Q3. I think my companion will come late. Can I enter first, and then get my companion’s admission wristband later?

It’s impossible. Reservationist and companion should come to ticket booth together, do the ticket checking process and get admission wristband. Please excuse that to prevent illegal use, it is difficult for us to check ticket separately.

Q4. I was born in 2004, but my birthday hasn’t passed yet. Can I enter DLDK?

Yes, regardless of your birthday, anyone born until 2004. 12. 31 can enter DLDK.

Q5. Can I ride with this ticket in Seoulland?

No, DLDK ticket doesn’t include ride in Seoulland. If you want a ride you should buy Seoulland ticket separately and hold the receipt on your own. If the receipt is damaged or gone, it cannot be reissued.

Q1. How can I get to the DLDK KOREA?

You could arrive Seoulland from Line No. 4 Seoul Grand park Station by riding an elephant train or by walk.

After the ticket checking process, you will find information banner from ticket booth until the Picnic Square. There is the main stage of DLDK.

Q2. Is elephant train ride for free?

No, you can ride it by paying 2,000 KRW, available from 9:00 AM to 10:15 PM.

Q3. Can I park my car in Seoulland?

Parking lot will be full early due to a festival visitor and Seoulland visitor. Please use public transportation. Sorry for the inconvenience.

*If you must use the parking lot, please park at Seoul Grand Park parking lot (in front of the Seoul Grand Park station). If causing problem with internal movement, the car will be towed.

Q4. Is there a locker?

No, there will be no separate locker for DLDK visitors. You should use Seoulland or Seoul Grand Park locker and it could be full early. Please be aware of missing valuable goods.

Q5. Is it impossible to enter if I don’t have my identification card?

Yes. DLDK is allowed only upper 20 years old adult, so it is impossible to enter if you don’t have your identification card. (Except, photo of identification card and mobile identification card can be allowed)

Foreigner: passport, alien registration card, identification card issued by one’s own country

Q6. Can I exit and then re-enter DLDK?

No. To prevent illegal use, if you exit Seoulland main gate you cannot re-enter in any case.

Damaged or missing admission wristband is also forbidden to re-enter the stage so you should carefully manage the wristband.

It is not allowed to eat food in festival area. You can use the restaurant inside Seoulland and also foodtruck.

Q3. Can I pay cash for F&B?

No. Every payment in festival area can only be paid by check card or credit card. Cash and rechargeable payment method is unable.

Q4. Is it allowed to smoke?

Smoking can only be allowed at separate smoking area. (Include electronic cigarette)

Also, you can only bring cigarette and electronic cigarette in unopened condition. Cigarette which is not for sale, self-made cigarette, a cigarette with an opened package is forbidden to bring in.
